How are your prices so low?
Our items are recently discontinued or in-season surplus overstock. When manufacturers and retailers need to immediately unload their stock, we take advantage of surpluses in the market by purchasing the overstock cosmetics in large quantities. Brands constantly update their product lines and discontinue certain colors and styles. Retailers constantly turn over their inventory to make space for these new product lines.
Are your products stale?
Our products are fresh and we sell them well before the end of their shelf life. Most online retailers do not offer this level of quality control.
How long does delivery take?
We process and ship within 48 hours Monday-Saturday via USPS. The majority of orders are processed within 24 hours. USPS delivery usually takes 2-5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Please contact us for shipping outside the continental United States.
What is the return and exchange policy?
We love our makeup items. We inspect every order and expect it to arrive in excellent condition. If you did not receive your items to your satisfaction, simply return the products within 30 days for a full refund. The return items must be in unused and unopened condition. No refunds will be issued for any opened or used products.
Original shipping costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to complete the return. Refunds will process within 48 hours after receiving the return items. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to completely process to your account. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for return instructions.
